Here at Network Locum (now Lantum), we're proud of the efficiency with which we match up locum doctors with practices. Being able to post and view jobs online speeds up the process for both sides and means you can fill the gaps in your rota quicker than ever. One part of the process that's still takes time is logging into the site to manually review applicants for a post.
This is why we've introduced favouriting, which allows you to mark trusted doctors to be automatically approved when they apply for an open position. This will save you time since you won't have to come back to the site and can spend more time getting on with your work.
How do I add a favourite?
Go to 'My jobs' on the top bar
The my jobs page will show you a history of all the doctors you've had so far in your practice. Click on the name of a locum to go to their profile.
On their profile page you can see various details. Click on 'Add as favourite' if you'd like this doctor to be able to be immediately be approved for any of the jobs they apply for.
