My name is Ishani; I'm a GP in London and one of the founders of Lantum. Thank you for taking the time to watch this video. I'm here to talk about staff banks, and I guess staff banks mean different things to different people. At Lantum, our digital staff banks have been supporting primary care networks, single-site practices, GP federations and larger organisations in integrated care to essentially power and mobilise all staff types for particular services, in everything from core general practice to covid response services and now the upcoming PCN Covid vaccination hubs. Onboarding your qualified, trusted staff: having a single overview; having all of your workforce in one place. 2. Scheduling them into a rota - including very complex rotas and multi-site rotas - or managing cancellations: for example, of colleagues have to self-isolate or they're still qualified to shield. 3. If there are gaps in your roster, staff banks can directly fill those shifts for you. Lantum prides itself in that our staff banks are improving that connectivity and because of the Rota product, it means that the the tool is even more responsive to just a simple rostering solution or a staff bank in isolation. And I think that you would maybe perhaps want to consider this, because it saves your rota coordinators lots of time. It's a more hands-off solution to searching and recruiting, and so eliminates the time needed to do that. And your staff bank also gives you visibility of the mix of skills within your workforce. So later down the line, when you're looking to pipeline staff - for example, a perfectly good example is the vaccine and the covid vaccination hub services that are needing to be mobilized imminently - the Lantum digital staff bank and rostering solution gives visibility over the skillset, qualifications, and is able to support filling shifts at even at very short notice because you've got everyone ready to go with their availability in their diaries, all in the digital solution.
